Free Delivery
Enjoy free standard delivery on orders over £300.
Delivery Times
Our delivery time starts from the moment your order is accepted. Please allow 3-5 business days for processing and dispatch. This may take longer during sale periods.
Once dispatched from our UK or Italian locations:
- United Kingdom: Up to 5 business days
- Europe: Up to 10 business days (plus customs clearance)
- Rest of World: Up to 20 business days (plus customs clearance)
Tracking Your Order
Once your package has been shipped, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also check your delivery status by viewing My Orders in your account.
Processing
Before dispatch, we may need to confirm your details with your card issuer. We'll do our best to keep delays to a minimum and work closely with our shipping partners to minimize the potential impact of customs delays.
Receiving Your Purchase
Your order is insured against theft and accidental damage during delivery. Once delivered to the specified address, insurance coverage ends.
If you're unavailable when your package arrives, our courier will make two more attempts to deliver.
Proof of Delivery
We collect proof of delivery via signed signature or photograph. If you won't be available, you can waive this requirement when our delivery partners contact you to arrange delivery. By doing so, you agree that we can leave your package outside the premises at the shipping address you provided, and you take full responsibility for any loss or damage that may occur.
Orders containing high-value items may still require a signature or proof of delivery photograph, regardless of your selection.
