REFUND POLICY

Returns

We offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To ensure we can process your return smoothly, items should be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging intact. Please note that we're unable to accept returns if items show signs of wear, including marks from makeup, deodorant, fake tan, perfume, or similar substances.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, and please note that the original shipping fee is non-refundable.

We recommend using a reliable shipping method with tracking to ensure your item reaches us safely. Returns should be sent within 14 days of receiving your order to ensure they can be processed.

Inspection and Refunds

Once we receive your return, we'll carefully inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. We'll then send you an email to let you know whether your return has been approved.

If approved, we'll process your refund promptly. Please note that a £5.00 handling fee will be deducted to cover processing costs.

Damages and Issues

We take great care in packaging your order, but if something arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please let us know right away so we can make it right. For faulty items, we kindly ask that you contact our Customer Service team within 48 hours of receipt with your order number and clear images of the issue.

Non-Returnable Items

Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

While we don't offer direct exchanges, the quickest way to get the item you'd like is to return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. Your item should be in the same condition as received: unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with your receipt or proof of purchase.
